George Miller

“The federal government, at its best, is a facilitator, an enabler, a cop on the beat. We have to keep renewing that cycle. We have to provide some of the foundations of an education, because obviously and educated population is important for democracy, and it’s important for an economy.”

A longtime member of the US House of Representatives from the San Francisco Bay Area of California, Congressman George Miller III has built a career dedicated to serving those in need. He has focused in particular on issues of education, the environment, and the workplace and on ensuring services that support the creation of opportunity for all Americans.
